The objective of establishing IPv6 Forum Singapore Chapter is to support the Next Generation Internet Protocol (IPv6) development in Singapore and to bridge the experiences of IPv6 development and deployments globally to Singapore.
IPv6 Forum is a member of the Telecommunications Standards Advisory Committee (TSAC) which is responsible for the strategic direction, work programmes and procedures for standard setting,and acts as the advisory body to IDA in meeting the needs of all stakeholders for IPv6 development in Singapore. TSAC is supported by a Technical Committee (TSTC), where professional, trade and consumers’ interest in information and communications is represented by a wide sector of the Info Communications Industry, comprising network operators, equipment suppliers and manufacturers,
academia and researchers, professional bodies and other government agencies.
IPv6 Forum Singapore seek to align with IDA objectives to promote and develop IPv6 deployment in Singapore.
